Please avoid this bank at all costs. We had about a dozen accounts here between personal and our two businesses. They are about 20-30 years behind any other bank and you are constantly having to visit the branch for little problems you don't have with any other bank. They lock up your accounts for "suspicious activity" constantly even though they are normal transactions that you make regularly. You'll be trying to make a purchase or eat at a restaurant and the transaction will get declined because they've frozen your account due to a suspicious transaction. Then you have to call and spend a half hour on the phone with them to get it cleared and be able to use your card. The last straw was when we deposited a check into one of our business accounts to cover payroll and they put a 2 week hold on it. That's ridiculous. Funds are available the next day with virtually every other bank when you deposit a check. There are many other issues we've had as well that we don't have at our other banks, especially with their antiquated technology, website, and app. They do have some nice people there, but they're just way behind with their practices and their technology. Avoid yourself the headaches unless you like having to visit the bank every week for something. After 3 years, we're closing all of our accounts.

Opened savings and checking accounts few months back. Last week I inquired about a loan. Not only did the loan get approved, I also was approved for a credit card. Their service is amazing. The staff is wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank You Anderson Brothers Bank .

Had my first experience with ABB this week. Needed an auto loan and was referred to them. Everything was great - customer service, quick, honest, and informative. He even noticed another loan I had with a high interest rate and helped me get it transferred to a new loan with a MUCH lower interest rate. We plan on switch all of our accounts over to ABB.
