We originally get pre-approved through another lender. After getting told by our realtor that they heard rates were lower than what we got approved at, I did a web search and found Destiny Mortgage Lending. Paige was able to get us pre-approved at 1.25% lower than the previous approval, allowing us to expand our budget and search. She quickly answered all our questions and once we found a house, her team was able to get us cleared to close in 5 days! (bonus, they got our rate even lower when we locked in!) Her fees were cheaper than the other lender we were talking to and the closing attorney they work with is great. If we ever need financing assistance again, we are definitely going back. Thanks again Paige for all the help!
