Daniel was the most understandable and honest out of many lenders I shopped with who were mostly convoluted. As a broker, get Daniel a loan estimate from another lender, and he'll beat or meet it since he deals with multiple lenders. This makes fee structure different but was made clear & reasonable compared to paying points. He helped make sure the loan process went as smooth as possible, from the initial application to the last docs from the loan processor. I highly recommend Daniel for anyone's mortgage needs and will definitely go to him when I'm looking to refinance!
