The Equity Exchange was phenomenal! Everything was in order, knew exactly what they were doing. Buying a home with them was a wonderful stress free experience! I would recommend them to everyone.
Great person to work with for a mortgage!
I had the pleasure of working with Brandon Watts and Pat Fralick. I knew going into this they had their work cut out for them. They both were always keeping me updated and helping getting all the information needed to get my loan on the roll. I couldn't have asked for anyone better to have helped me through this process! Great company with great people! I would say I would use them again but they helped me get what I've been dreaming about for a long time. A HOME! LOL if I did ever want to buy another house though, they have my business and they will be the first I tell family and friends to contact!
I wish there was a way to rate The Equity Exchange on a scale of FAR more than 5-stars! Top notch professionalism, priority, communication, the epitome of “above and beyond even the best in the business”! Brandon’s knowledge and plethora of gears he’s able to shift between to ensure his clients receive only the best, is truly remarkable! Given the stress and angst that already accompanies moving, buying new property, approval and such, it is such a blessing to work with a team like Pat, Brandon and the rest of the EE crew. They were an absolute DREAM to work with! I will always call them for our mortgage needs and make sure anyone I know and love lands in their hands as well! Kudos to these pros!

We had an incredible experience with Brandon! We have used him for every single home purchase and he has always gone above and beyond for our family. We had to do a three week close (over Thanksgiving) and he made it happen. I wish everyone worked as efficient as Brandon. Brandon is knowledgeable, responsive, kind and trustworthy. He is by far the best!!!!!!!!!
