Jacob was absolutely awesome throughout our application and approval process! He was very responsive and extremely patient with the multitude of questions we had along the way. He always returned our calls promptly and never seemed irritated, no matter how small the question was. He gave us sound advice on which mortgage option to choose. The end result is that we are paying the same amount but over a term that is half the time of our original mortgage. I am referring everyone I know to Rosegate (specifically Jacob!)
