Throughout the mortgage process, he was always available via text or phone to walk me through the steps, answering the many questions and concerns I had along the way (day or night, even on weekends!). His knowledge of the industry and markets was impressive and in the end, by being alert and on top of market movements, he secured us an even better rate than we expected! Deion was incredibly efficient, responsive, and helped us to close on our house in under 30 days! I had met with a few loan officers before deciding to do my refinancing through QC Lending. Chris Moss was my assigned loan officer and made this process smooth, efficient and transparent for me. I felt listened and attended to with my questions and I always knew the status of my loan throughout the process. Knowing this was part of a divorce settlement requirement, Chris was empathetic and was present up to the closing day with the notary. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me manage what can be very intimidating in tough times.

I worked with Larry Hoyt as my loan officer and his loan processor Thais Marineli and let me tell you: they make a great team! We refi our house with a cash out option to pay some high interest debt. Got some money in the bank for emergencies and all. Our new monthly payment is manageable and we are saving a ton! If your thinking about refi - go with this team! You will not be disappointed!

Don's team at QC Lending is unbelievable. In the pandemic they went above and beyond to get my refi done while presenting me with options and possibilities that I didn't even know existed to make sure that what transpired was the best possible scenario; AND THEN EXECUTED IT . They were in constant contact the ENTIRE time the process was going on to make sure I had no questions that went unanswered. I felt like one of the family. This was great experience, and if anyone is looking for a lender Larry Hoyt and Thais Marineli as my processor @ QClending were the best. We were clear to close in 13 days on my birthday!
