Most of the experience was highly positive. The loan personnel were knowledgeable, friendly, and often helpful. I felt like they were my advocates in the process. There is a bit of a lag in communication in my opinion. There are so many documents to submit and sometimes it was a couple of days before I knew I had submitted the incorrect one. It was difficult to talk to a loan person when I needed feedback. My processor rarely responded to texts, emails, or calls. I just had to wait (again sometimes a couple days) for my reprimand that may have been the result of no response to a query. The days leading up to closing were even less responsive. I felt like someone must surely be using ( unsuccessful) telepathy because there was nothing…. Then the last 24 hours felt frantic. Maybe that’s just the nature of the beast.

Andrea did a great job and helped me on all the steps of the application for smooth transition and closing. Thanks !!

Hey, it was a little hectic at times but people like Nicole, Christy, April, and Cindy made it work out for all of us. Now lately we have been dealing mostly with Christy and Timbo on site who have done everything they could to not only get the home in the best shape possible but make everyone welcome to the area. Keep up the good work. Looks like Lennar will be taking over first place from D R Horton before long.

This is my first home, and the process was smoother than what I had expected. It was great working with my Loan Officer Cashmere, Gabriella, Dayle, and Construction Supervisor was very detail in my walk throughs. I absolutely love my new home in the Greywall Community. Nicole Pixley is Fantastic! This whole team worked very hard to get my loan approved in just eight days! Communication was Excellent! they informed me exactly what they needed so I could deliver it in a timely manner. I cant say enough good things about Nicole and Gaye Mayo.
