From the bottom of my heart, working with Joe Caleca has been one of the best parts of purchasing a home. Joe is the most patient, kind, calming, knowledgeable, efficient mortgage broker I’ve ever met. Joe is invested for your long term goals and cares about his relationships with his clients, not only the immediate need. Joe has my trust. This is an intimidating process, especially for people new to all the numbers of purchasing real estate, but Joe not only eases you into every step he cares about educating you so the process is better understood.
