Dan Lytle was such a pleasure to work with! This was our first home buying experience and I don’t believe it could have gone any better. Any questions we had were answered quickly and with full explanations as to why. They were very competitive and the lowest cost option. He was able to match our other lowest percentage quote but saved us $8,000 in points and was still able to offer lender credits. The rest of the team with Dolfin was also spectacular to deal with! The only stressful part of this process was making the decision on which lender to use. Hopefully I can save someone that stress on their first home purchase!
