My husband and I recently used Fresh Water Lending to purchase our home. I can not stress enough how great this company is. We spoke to at least 10 lenders before deciding to use Fresh Water, and we did not regret our choice. The whole team treated us like family, and for first time homebuyers it was such a weight off our shoulders to be able to reach out with any questions at any time. They are knowledgeable, honest, and were truly a delight to work with. I will recommend them to any of our friends and family. With some of the bigger companies we spoke to, there was a feeling that they were trying to sell you something, hidden fees, and general dishonesty where I felt like I needed to be an advocate for myself to make sure I was being treated fairly. Brad, Kassandra, Bri, and Anna made us feel like they would go to bat for us to get us the best fit for our loan. Couldn’t recommend them more.
