I meet the VA Lady 2 years ago. I thought this was a scam. After we talked Cathy gave me the tools to fix, my credit, pay my bills on time for one year and she would get me approved for a mortgage. I listened and we talked daily, learning the processes of home ownership and especially Underwriting!! Following Cathy's advice within two years I'm a home owner!! We were moving from the north to the south (out of the cold) and Cathy made it so easy to keep everything on track. It can be difficult to close on a home from states away but they made it a lot simpler. My wife was really pleased with our new home and we got a really good rate.

In March of 2020, right before the shutdown for the pandemic, my husband and I contacted Ms. Cathy and her team about purchasing our home.
