Sarah Jenkins listened to what we "required" in a new home, and only showed us homes that met those requirements. She did not waste our time by showing us houses out of desired range or that did not meet the basic criteria that we requested. She was there every step of the way to answer questions, and was genuinely excited for our family when we closed on our new home. When it came to selling our home Sarah Jenkins was fantastic. When suggesting a listing price, she provided research to back up her figures, and provided fantastic advice during negotiations.

Amy Weedo from Jeff Cook Real Estate was seriously amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable but most importantly she is so sincere! Amy cares about her clients and wants the best for them. She listened to our needs and completely delivered. We changed our mind so many times on what we wanted to do and she never left our side. We went from wanting to purchase land and building to potentially refinancing and renting to selling! Like we are nuts right?! Well...Amy was fantastic through the entire process and Mind changing! We ended up selling our home and it sold in 24 hrs!
