Literally the worst professional customer service experience I’ve ever had. Unreturned phone calls, did not listen to what I was looking for in a refinance. Was 2 days late with no explanation why with my loan estimate. Lied to my face, “I am wrapping up your estimates now” was the response I get when I asked about how it was coming on Their end, And immediately after that response, I get a notification that my credit was finally pulled only After multiple attempts to give this man my business. I wouldn’t chose this company if someone paid me.
