Horrible experience. Dont fall for this radio sales gimmick...its a pyramid scheme. 0 closing cost has a huge catch. They lied about listing homes at 1%. Changed it to 3% as a normal rate. Brian M was clueless and requested i lower my listing price 35k below appraisal just because interest rates were 8% and he wanted a quick sale. I will use legitimate real estate company next time.

I used cap center before and everything went great. But after years of looking for are dream home. cap center dropped the ball 3 days before closing. I got a call that we could not be approved. Very up set and not wanting to lose this home. I called Rocket and in 7 days had everything We needed for closing. Thank Rocket for doing what Cap Center did not.

I am completely satisfied with my experience and will be returning to Cap Center in the future.

I researched and shopped with five different mortgage companies before deciding on CapCenter. Jeremiah Maddox helped make my decision easy. Clear communication, attention to detail and responsiveness from Day 1. Kudos to Brandon Washington as well. Received updated emails as they went through the various steps of checks and underwriting. They were also the only company to give me an easily understandable visual breakdown (PDF) of all the numbers after the initial conversation. I needed that confirmation to make apples-to-apples comparison, and I still don’t understand why I couldn’t get that kind of simple clarity from the other companies… especially the bigger lenders who clearly have huge ad budgets.

Cap center made our house buying experience a thousand times better than we thought it was going to be. I've had real tooth before and all I ever saw were duds... Our cap center realtor did so much research before we saw the house we maybe saw two duds and that's because the sellers lied or omitted information. Andrew was awesome he researched anything about the house that we had questions on way before he even stepped foot on the property. He went above and beyond for us and it's no wonder we ended up with such a wonderful house even though our price range was super low! I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone they made the whole process so seamless even though we kept having issues on our end because of the crazy housing market and they were so accommodating.
