The people at Cardinal Financial are fantastic. They're a close knit office so as long as you're staying on top of things and uploading what they need they're extremely efficient. This was my family's first home purchase and we went USDA, which typically takes a bit longer to process. The team at Cardinal Financial took this as a challenge, however, and without a single hiccup got everything done with a week to spare. I highly recommend them to anyone, especially if it's your first home. PJ walked us through everything and made things easy to understand without overpromising. His estimates were spot on and we were able to proceed with confidence. Tyler and Amber kept the ball rolling and got certain things that should've taken days to complete done by the end of one. They truly made my home purchase a breeze, and I won't hesitate calling them in the future.
