Jim had great communication. Gave us the best rate when we compared a few other lenders. When there was underwriting delays he was able to discuss with the team and help the process move along smoothly. Already working with my brother-in-law per my recommendation!

Jim is a man of his word and and did his very best to get my house closed on time despite the short notice. At first I was a bit skeptical but Jim would constantly reassure me that everything would fall in place on time, which it did. Thank you Jim for smoothly guiding my mom and I through this process.
