Brian Turner is the fiduciary of mortgage bankers meaning his primary goal "for real" is the interest of his client. It was manifested on numerous occasions during the process. We went through various possibilities in several areas and the outcome was always, what works best for me, even if was less fruitful for him. My calls were answered promptly and he did not hesitate to hold my hand to review thoroughly, details and information I didn't understand.
