I had the pleasure of working with Jordan Love from Primis to obtain a mortgage. I was working with another lending company that approved me for a mortgage 6 months prior to my house being completed. When it was time to close on the house this other lender wasn't prepared. He was scrambling last minute and treated my Realtor and myself like trash.
