I can not begin to tell you how much I appreciate Bobby Ward. His professionalism, positive attitude and faith go well beyond any expectation I had. I was in an emotional state of mind selling my house in Ohio and moving to North Carolina to begin with but he made the transition so easy from the very beginning. His communication skills need to be bottled and distributed! I have never had buying a home go so smooth.
