In the month of May we decided we wanted to buy a house. Our realtor Kenya, recommend us to a financial team that she trusts. The Cain Mortgage Team! Our Journey begin and BOY was it a journey! If it was not for this team we would've giving up. From NY to SC, we brought our first home. With Zach answering 1000's of our questions, David making sure we stayed on track financially and Nicole (insurance department) making sure we stayed informed and getting us the best rates. They really have everything covered! We appreciate you all!

I recently just purchased my first home and I didn't know anything about the home buying process on the financial side. David took the time to ensure I understood everything and how they differ from other loan agencies. David and his team were extremely patience and answered every question I asked regardless of how simple it was. They made this home buying easy and simple.
