Fred and his team at Admiral have helped me with more than one mortgage over the years. He is good at getting the best rates I’m eligible for and explains the pros and cons of the different options so I can make a good decision for me and my family. All my closings went smoothly. This is the first place I’ll call if I need a mortgage. Highly recommend.

When I engaged Fred to find us a mortgage, I was terrified. My husband had had a stroke and was unable to help me with the process, and I'd never done anything like that before. But Fred made me so comfortable throughout the process with NO pressure, and walked me through each step. He and his staff answered all my questions and concerns, and always replied to me promptly whenever I contacted them. We got a great mortgage company and a fantastic rate, and the process was fluid and painless, and resulted in our house payment going down substantially! Even though I wasn’t able to pursue the refinance cash-out option right now due to some other circumstances on my end, I appreciate Mr. Phifer to assisting me in the application process. Fred and his team always do a great job. They're expedient, friendly, and professional. I've personally used AHM 3 times for new purchases and re-finances and have always had great experiences. I will continue to use them as my primary mortgage provider and recommend clients to them as well.

This is my 3rd or 4th time using Admiral to either finance or refinance a house. Every time has been a great experience. Fred and Stacy always work quickly to identify my needs and get me into the best available loan. For my most recent refinance, I tried to work through my existing lender because I thought it would cut costs and save time. BIG MISTAKE!!! The process took forever, the company was difficult to work with, and in the end I ended up turning back to Admiral to refinance. This cost me months of time and the interest rate went up a full percentage point! This experience showed me how much better it is to go through Admiral. They handle all of the hard work, give you accurate and timely info, and make the process easy. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
