She was phenomenal to work with - after she helped us identify the best mortgage rate options, she took over and led us through all the steps necessary for the loan approval through closing. She was extremely responsive whenever I had questions (even silly ones). I highly recommend her and while I hope we aren't moving again anytime soon, I would work with her again!
