My Husband and I used Bay Equity after a recommendation from my Sisters Mortgage broker in Virginia. We were referred to Casey Fogle and she was amazing. We wanted to close very quickly, within 3-4 weeks and we did!! We closed our home within 3 and a half weeks from the time we saw our home. We did work on getting pre-approved before seeing the homes and I know that's very helpful.
