Zach, Kate and Savanah were awesome! This is the fifth house that I have bought and by far the easiest and most competent team I have dealt with. I didn't get the, "I need this or that" multiple times as I went through the process. They asked for a lot of stuff up front, nothing unusual, and that was it. There was a couple extra items they needed later but a very smooth process. Definitely a team I would work with again!
