I want to thank Mike and Melody for all their hard work and help. I had been shopping around to refi and pull some money out to build a garage. Prior to dealing with Mike at Peoples Bank, I had spoke to many banks and they promise the world but don't deliver their promises. I spoke to Mike and explained my situation and what I wanted to do. I recently had been discharged from a chapter 13 bankruptcy. Mike was upfront from the first phone call and explained how the process works in detail every step of the way. He was very informative of the process and not pushy at all. He also did not promise anything prior to the steps actually taking place just informed you of the next step and how it will happen. When we had a few small hiccups he had a solution and made it happen quickly. He was in contact almost daily keeping me informed of where things were and the next step which was awesome all the way through closing. I would recommend Peoples bank and Mike Fernando to anybody who is refinancing or purchasing a home. Of all the banks I have ever dealt with this one will be the one I go back to if I need a home loan or refi and Mike in particular.
