Terrible experience, wasted my time lied about fees. I was pre-approved for for the loan from Tim. I was told that the whole process should only be a month 5 months later still no loan. 68,000 dollars in underwriting fees. My wife and I having no experience with construction loans found many discrepancies in the loan. When we called Tim out on it, he ignored our calls text and emails. Still waiting on a update from Tim. Stay clear from Highland if you value your time and hard earned money.
