Worst mortgage company to deal with ever. They don’t notify you of what’s needed or what’s changed they don’t notify you of anything really then they tell you that they don’t have things that you know they have. They’re just not doing their jobs. Trying to buy a house with them has been the worst experience of my life. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy at this point. If I could give them less than one star, I would.
If you call Family First Funding to secure a mortgage, before saying "Hello", say "I want to speak to Dominick, please". If you want someone straight forward, honest, efficient, and knowledgeable, don't call all 9s, just ask for Dominick!

Ask for Lisa Wood. You will not be disappointed. I was referred to Lisa after firing my initial lending company for multiple discrepancies and some bait and switch. She listened to what happened, and walked me through my loan step by step. She also stepped in and advocated for my loan when appropriate. I can't recommend her enough.
