Jim Duffy does not care about you, only your money. He had his assistants handling my mortgage, which is fairly typical however a member of his team told me to pay off my auto loan almost 20 days prior to closing. The DAY I was supposed to close I found out that they just had realized this and I was going to have to put 5% more down on my $290,000 home. I was not apologized to, I was blamed, luckily I had a screenshot of the exchange however even then nothing could be done. Do not use Jim Duffy, this was my second home purchase and it was nothing like the first and completely botched to the tune of almost 20,000 dollars more at closing!
