The realtor was in cahoots with the builders and their representatives at pine hills in cane bay. When we tried to look at any house outside of pine hills or bring one to our realtor attention they made excuses as to why our loan wouldn’t work or we couldn’t buy it. When we had questions on the contracts or the papers getting sent over he didn’t answer them and just told us to sign the papers before we lose the house. Most dishonest business transaction I’ve ever been apart of. Please do not use Brian Wilson or any other realtors here.

If I could give less stars I would. This was a horrible experience from start finish. I would not recommend any of these cons to represent your best interest in any deal. Specifically Bryson McBee, David Bateman, Lance Overstreet. Not one of them was interested in doing the right thing and fixing the noted repairs and waited until after closing to say oops your bad, not my responsibility.
