Was better when it was BB&T. Ever since Truist took over I've had nothing but issues.
This bank is so much better since the merge is complete. The new branch manager Aaron is awesome and should teach classes on customer service.
Wow, bank was empty, I have 3 accounts, all I needed was for the teller o make a photocopy for me. The answer was no. 😄
This branch doesn’t even exist anymore along with half of the other suntrusts in the area. The only suntrust that was open in the area doesn’t even show up on google maps. I was driving for probably an hour and a half to 3 different suntrusts that were all closed even though it says online that they are open.
Always waiting atleast 30 min to a hour in drive through.
