Using Peoples Bank to purchase our new home was one of the best decision my husband and I took. Due to another bank dropping us at the last moment, we found ourselves in a predicament in the middle of selling and buying a new house. By accident I found Peoples Banks on the internet and check them out. Like what I saw and my husband agrees. We call very early in the morning, and even thou everybody was busy that day, they make a time for us and help us out. We supply all the requested paperwork right away and by 4:00 we have our loan going to the underwriter. A process we where told could take 6 weeks where done in 3 weeks and we where able to close on our dream house with very little off time. Zack, Dana and Melody where fantastic and we really appreciate what they did for us. We will recommend Peoples Bank to all our friends and family. Thank you very much Peoples Banks Mortgage.

We were pleased with Peoples Bank. Zach Dowden was excellent, patient and understanding. He made the process worth getting through. He answers my questions and concerns on a timely manner. We ran into a lot of hiccups, but Zach Dowden and Melody White made it happen. They are the best!!

I couldn’t have got a better group of people to work with! They were so nice and helpful I felt really appreciated not looked down on after going through the bankruptcy process, they acted like no big deal! Thank you guys! My hats off to Patrick and Aubrey! You was great!!

People's bank was fantastic to work with. Our mortgage was completed and ready for close well ahead of time. I had direct numbers to talk to the loan officer and loan processor. Our realtors and the title company also commented on how easy People's Bank was to do business with. The People's team went to extra effort to not only get us financed but to make sure we got the best available rate. Would definitely recommend to others.

Mike and Audrey were absolutely exceptional to work with. I would highly recommend this company for any mortgage needs. We were able to close on our forever home in about 30 days during the Christmas and New Years holiday season. This was the first home I’ve ever purchased and everyone told us how stressful it was going to be - however, I feel like our experience was very easy and streamlined after going through it all. There were a couple “uh oh” moments but overall, I am very happy with how it all went. Dave and Audrey guided us through everything and were great to work with. I can’t thank them enough for dealing with all of our anxiety ridden texts and phone calls, especially during the underwriting process! Cheers guys, you’re the best!

Danny and Audrey was were both amazing and made the mortgage process so easy and painless. This was my 4th or 5th experience with obtaining a home loan over the years and this was by far the best.
