Kobe and I have been friends for over 8 years, so when I was in the life stage to buy a house... he was the easy first choice! Kobe went above and beyond throughout the loan process, clearly explaining the available options for my situation - as well as the tradeoffs for each option. He was always prompt, which led to us having more competitive offers because we could submit the same day of touring a house. 10/10 recommend Kobe for your mortgage needs!

Our experience with both Skip & Kobe was excellent. The attention to details and customer service were well above our previous experiences. Kobe had our details in order so we didn’t miss anything! In a tight market his responsiveness to our needs made a huge difference in us getting our home!!
