Our lender Hannah Duley was amazing! She was knowledgeable, thorough and so helpful through the process of buying my first home. We went through some difficulties while going through some of the steps but she was always made sure we understood what was going on and what was needed of us! She went above and beyond for us I cannot recommend her enough! I’m not sure if we could have gotten through it without her! 10/10 reccomened her if you’re still searching for the right lender 😊

Hannah was the BEST mortgage lender I could even dream of! She was so quick to answer all our questions (first time home buyers) and went above and beyond through the whole process. She made us feel so comfortable through it all and made sure we understood line by line where our money was going. We are just so happy we made the decision to choose Hannah and we will recommend her to all of our friends 😊

James Sarver and team did an amazing job in processing our new mortgage and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a NJ transplant to SC, we had many concerns, but financing our new home purchase was not one of them with this team at the helm. Great job and highly recommended. Thank you!
The whole process was a good experience. Jim Sarver was straight forward and professional; he even answered questions when he was on vacation. First Heritage kept me in the know at all times throughout the process. They kept us up-to-date with text and emails and apps, to keep us informed. I got any and all questions answered and felt comfortable till the end.
Jim and his team were very knowledgeable and helpful guiding us throughout the process. Any questions I had were responded to quickly and effectively. I would definitely recommend Jim and his team at First Heritage Mortgage to a prospective homebuyer.

First Heritage Mortgage was suggeted by our Realtor. We were connected with Hannah first. She listened closely to our concerns and told us she was confident that she cold meet our needs. She did just that. We had our pre-approval within 24 hrs and were guided through the process of our loan switly thereafter. Hannah and the rest of the team at First Heritage Mortgage made our first homebuying experience a breeze. We are so grateful!
Jim was the very best. He took his time and educated me on so much. He is very responsive.
