Working with Kelly Phillips was very stress-free when applying for our mortgage. She laid out exactly what we needed to provide her in order to get the lowest interest rate possible. Just purchased my first home! Received several other quotes and ultimately chose Kelly and her team. Everyone was very communicative, extremely friendly and understanding, informative, and overall just wonderful. All of my many questions were answered timely and they also had patience with me. Kelly and her team were prepared and walked me through different action plans that worked best in my favour.

Recently closed on my first home through them. They were outstanding! I have been traveling for work over the last 6 months and they were very patient and understanding during the whole process. We were even able to close on my home in Summerville whilst I was in Chicago for work! I would recommend them to any family or friend looking to purchase a home.
