As a new home buyer explained everything to me and answered all my questions. when we spoke on the phone I was talk to you like I was a friend and they had known me for years and I felt free to ask any question that I didn't understand

Thank you Shonna for all the hard work you put in on the process of our possible buy, unfortunately the home did end up being in a flood zone with also an encroachment on the property that in turn got us to to change our minds about buying it.
