Danielle C. Was awesome! I went to open a business account and she took the time to explain everything to me thoroughly. She was very attentive and I could tell she loved her job. She was very helpful and went above and beyond which is hard to see now a days. She deserves a huge raise!
Extremely exploitive practices, staff has been so unhelpful at every Truist branch I’ve been to thus far. Do yourself a favor & do your personal baking elsewhere.

The team here was incredibly helpful and in particular I can’t thank Danielle Cruz enough. My father passed away and I needed help with his accounts at Truist. I don’t live in a city that has any branches so needed to get everything completed while on vacation in Hilton head. Danielle was quick, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. She was even able to help me from afar with a problem that came up later on.
