My loan officer was unresponsive and hard to get ahold of. To the point where I called her twice while at my closing trying to get answers and I have still yet to receive a call back, text, email, nothing. It's like they worked to get my business early on and then kicked me to the back burner once they knew I was going to use them as my lender.
