Carl and his team, Kyle and Lindsay, were great to work with. They made a stressful process run smoothly from my perspective, especially being an out of state buyer. Carl took the time with me over a year ago to talk through an initial call, explain the processes involved, information needed, etc. When we did go under contract on a condo Carl or someone on his team was in touch every few days at a minimum with updates, and they were always great with answering questions timely. I very much appreciate everything they did for us and all of the education provided along the way!
