The application process felt streamlined because of both the app and the professional communications of Leisa Johnson and the Fairway team. When we needed to change the loan type I felt comfortable and was assured that terms such as the interest rate would remain unchanged and refinancing would be done at no charge... It seemed to me that the team was looking out for me even when I wasn't able to speak for myself .
Amanda was amazing, She was very patient and helpful in helping us achieve what we needed to in order to get our new home. We definitely recommend her to anyone that needs guidance and help with mortgage needs.
I cannot say enough good things about Fairway Mortgage. As a first time home buyer, Don McGee made the process simple and stress free! He was always there whenever i needed him no matter what questions i had he answered them in a way that was easy to understand. He went out of his way to personally come to my place of employment to pick up any and all documents that were needed. I can honestly say that he was more like a friend than a loan officer. I will always recommend him and the Fairway Mortgage Team to anyone looking to purchase a home in the upstate, or anywhere else. Thanks again Don Mcgee.
