Chip is wonderful, knowledgable and the best at what he does. I am the type of person who asks a zillion questions and Chip and his staff took the time to explain everything, though I am sure I probably asked the same questions more than once! Real estate transactions are complex and one should go with a company that is reputable and know how to maneuver through it all. Parker Lending is that and more. He got us a great rate, and despite it being near the end of the year and things being backlogged due to the pandemic, all went through, just as he said it would. I would recommend him and Parker Lending to anyone who wants to do business with someone who is patient, professional, kind and knows it all when it comes to refinancing or mortgage information.
