First time here, new member. Everyone nice friendly and detailed. As you might expect. There was a lady trying to get money out of ATM at 2pm while was being filled I guess and it was acting weird... Had to leave card in when it told you to take it out? But that was trial and error on her part to figure it out... She told the lady at desk was only reason I heard. (Watched it happen, was acting fishy) Otherwise, my deposit smooth and picking up loan was smooth, had zero questions as Tristan covered every detail. Great job

They are committing fraud at navy federal by no longer cashing checks and instead forcing members to make deposits in order to inflate their deposits on their financial documents. I look forward to when they fail like these other banks in the news. Serves them right!
I just had the best experience with a young woman named Rebekah. I'm not sure about the spelling, but she was wonderful, very helpful, and I don't think I'll ever leave Navy Federal

Hannah was very unpleasant on how she spoke to me at my visit today. She could definitely be more pleasant and less rude in how she speaks to account holders. I normally visit the Rivers or Summerville branch and they are so polite and helpful.
Terrible service leaves their customers pennyless trying to tell u things dont work like how u have been using for the past 2 year. To make u wait 6 days for a deposit
