Carl Monsour and Bank of England are the best mortgage lending institution I have worked with. I got a better rate with Bank of England than at other places I shopped for my mortgage, and Carl and his team were pro-active, easy to work with and were on top of all the details. We had a short 30-day window to close and everything went smoothly with Carl and his team. I will only use Carl for future loans and would recommend him to anybody looking for a mortgage loan.
