It's started our ok they said I was approved and they order the appraisal then they send your loan out to other company and you get turn down. So your out 750 dollars because they will not refund back the money. So when you ask about the refund they blame you for ordering the appraisal when they are the one to set it up and the said that you are approved for the loan. Don't used

Austin was my loan officer and did an outstanding job providing me guidance and direction on the best refinance option for me. He was highly responsive, very knowledgeable and very customer service focused. As long processor Marques also did a great job gathering all the necessary documentation, keeping me well informed and moving my loan application along quickly. It was say great experience all around and I highly recommend these gentlemen to anyone looking for mortgage assistance.

Kosta and his processor Joe were both a pleasure to work with. Kosta was very prompt in his responses and answered all my questions clearly and directly.
