Smooth except they could not get my wife's email into the system correctly for the docusign (may have been a flaw in the software but was annoying).

Tara Conduragis at PrimeLine Capital is a rockstar. If you are considering a new mortgage or refinancing your existing one, you need to call her. I've gone through this process a dozen times in my life, and she's hands down the best broker I've worked with. You won't regret it.

I just complete my refinance with Primeline Capital!!! Ryan Gehringer was my loan officer and he did a fantastic job. I reside in Florida and thought the process would be a little more complicated. Ryan assured me he would take care of me and he definitely followed through! He made the process extremely easy with no stress. On top of that I was able to put a little cash in my pocket. Thank you Ryan for doing such an amazing job, I definitely gained a new friend!
