Personally I worked with Matt Anthony at Oak Capital. As Oak Capital is a brokerage, they are slightly different than a regular mortgage lender and have the abilities to cross reference different lenders, essentially competing for your business. The services offered have a similar platform for sharing overviews of your rate and amounts to be paid as other top lenders. They are a local company to the Charlotte area. Great connections and very personal in the process. I would recommend as an option on your home buying process!
