My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Ed Butler and it was such a smooth experience. From when we began our pre-approval process to start looking at houses; all the way up to our closing. He sat with us to answer any questions about navigating this market, got us updated information quickly, and was there for us each step of the way. Ed and Holly Kiker were extremely organized, great with communication, and made us feel at ease. Ed has a strong passion for his job and it truly shows. If you're in search of a loan officer who combines professionalism, communication skills, attention to detail, and genuine care for your financial well-being, give him a call. Great team to deal with.
Shawneke Wilson and Holly Kiker were who I dealt with mostly and they made the entire process super easy for me and always answered any questions I had very quickly.

I highly recommend anyone in the home buying process to consider using Ed Butler’s team during your purchase. The team was professional, efficient, and sensitive to my needs. For the first time, following the purchase of many homes I was ahead of schedule and confident closing would be on- time and correct. Ed, Joe and Natalie gave me a chance when others would not entertain refinancing through a private mortgage. They always answered my calls and had a solution. Natalie was spot on and even worked on Sunday to get things done. I am beyond excited for a new beginning and it would not have happened without their support.
