I had such amazing buying experience with BlackHawk Mortgage. Tatayanne was absolutely incredible. This was my very first buying experience, and she made the process so smooth and seamless. She was so attentive to detail, provided quick responses to all of my questions, and was just overall so knowledgeable about the buying process. She was so helpful during the pre-approval process and was so informative as I began the housing search and determining what was most affordable for my budget + lifestyle. She level set clear expectations regarding timing of closing, appraisal, etc. I was given a short extension for my previous lease and Tatayanne really worked extremely hard so that I could close in a timely manner. I will definitely be recommending BlackHawk to my friends and family!

My husband and I just closed on our first home and we HIGHLY recommend working with BlackHawk Mortgage. We had the pleasure of working with JoColby and he is the best of the best. He was there with us every step of the way, helped us through any challenge that came up, and got us to the closing table in a little over 3 weeks! Although this was our first time, we were well prepared on what to expect at closing, because JoColby took time to explain every detail.
