At first I was a little concerned that the process would be long, complicated, and confusing. While there will always be lots of paperwork to be filled out, I found the process to be very streamlined, professional, and straightforward. I love the way Rosegate had Personalized videos explaining every step of the process and I really did feel like I was in control and aware of every step of the process.
