Our experience with Lennar was exemplary, Viet Tran, Lorraine Jones, Danielle Roach & Kasey Lasley were wonderful to work with! Lorraine was front line in the effort and she epitomized patience throughout the process!! This was a stressful task at times, we were the cause of much of the challenge giving we were in two different states during, and most documents needed were in a third! To that end we needed help from our son which gave her another layer of complexity. If that wasn't enough, the unfamiliarity of not only the process, but the lack of technical skills on a computer and internet certainly exacerbated the effort. Without her the transaction could've turned into a nightmare, instead she made it as pleasant as possible. Bottom line, thanks to all, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend, and major kudos to Lorraine!
