Extreme professionalism and courteous responses. Jon answered all of my questions with grace and patience even when I asked the same question multiple times. I was always invited to call or email whenever I had concerns of any nature. I was asked when I would like to close and we were under that date by over a weeks time. Simply incredible!!!
